FBI set to investigate a class room assult by an officer

The feds have opened a civil rights investigation into the brutal body-slamming of a black South Carolina high school student by a white sheriff’s deputy.

The FBI and
the U.S. Attorney’s office are looking into the “circumstances surrounding the arrest of a student at Spring Valley High School,” their statement read Tuesday.

“The FBI will collect all available facts and evidence in order to determine whether a federal law was violated.”
