Ekiti state house of Assembly summons Fayemi over an allege missing UBEC fund.

The Immediate past Governor of Ekiti State and the Minister for Solid Mineral, Dr Kayode Fayemi yesterday replied Ekiti State House of Assembly over allegedly missing N852.9 million Universal Basic Education Commission, UBEC fund, saying his handover notes to Governor Ayodele Fayose, a copy of which was sent to
the Assembly contained all they needed to know about his stewardship.
 The Ekiti State House of Assembly had on March 10 passed a resolution inviting Fayemi to appear before it to explain how he expended N852.9million Universal Basic Education Fund. Fayemi, in a letter dated March 21 and signed by his Personal Assistant, Tolu Ibilola, said his government stewardship during his tenure as the executive Governor was contained in his hand-over.
