Justin Bieber in $100,000 lawsuit for destroy a cell phone.

Justin Bieber is being sued for $100,000 by a man who claims the singer smashed his cell phone while at a party last month, TMZ reported Tuesday.

Robert Earl Morgan is seeking big bucks from the pop star, who says Bieber destroyed his mobile device after noticing Morgan was filming his
alleged drunk behavior.

The smashing occurred at Cle nightclub in Houston, Texas — on the same night Bieber made headlines for what appeared to be fellow rapper Post Malone choking him. It later turned out the two were joking around.

After the faux-attack, Bieber reportedly starting drinking out of a beer bong. Morgan turned the camera on the 22-year-old but an irate Bieber grabbed the phone and destroyed it, according to the gossip site.

Morgan now claims he never received his SIM card from the phone. He's looking for a hefty fee for losing over 5,000 photos documenting travels and ones of special memories of his grandmother’s 100th birthday.
