Arrest any police men found with gun at any polling unit. police chief

Commissioner of Police, Sam Okaula,
has ordered for the immediate arrest of
any armed police officer found
anywhere near any polling unit.
Okaula said while speaking at the State
Headquarters of the Anambra State
Police Command in Awka, Anambra
State capital.
He urged the police officers in the state
to be true ambassadors of what the
Police represent through their conduct
during the election.

The Police CP encouraged the officers
to see to a free and fair election, such
that their professionalism would not be
compromised in any way.
