Electoral Commision (INEC) Abuja, has
released a an official statement on the
just concluded governorship and house
of assembly elections.
The commission in the statement said
that 88.9% of voters were accredited
between 8am and 10am, and by
2:30pm, 73% of voting had commenced.
INEC also confirmed that unlike the
presidential election that the use of
smart card readers during the April 11
election polls was successful.
