Saudi health authorities decided to deduct five days from the monthly salary of some Asian nurses after they were caught on camera dancing inside a hospital.
The health department in the southern Asir province formed a committee to probe a film circulated on social media showing the nurses dancing inside a rest room at the government hospital in Al Majarda city in south Saudi Arabia.
"We have decided to deduct five days from their salaries as a penalty for dancing inside the hospital. We do not tolerate such acts at our health establishments," 'Al Watan' daily said, quoting health department spokesman Saeed Al Nuqair.
